I’m not sure who compiled the original video, but it’s a very classic example of what is known as “Double Speak”. Furthermore, the arming of the Taliban with American abandoned weaponry has made the Taliban (LOL, America’s sworn enemy in the War on Terror) one of the strongest and most heavily armed military’s on the planet.
