Infinity

I am a producer creating Synthwave music, deeply inspired by Tangerine Dream, Jean-Michel Jarre, Vangelis, Giorgio Moroder, John Carpenter, Ennio Morricone, as well as 80s movies, video games, pop culture, fashion.

If you like the music of FM84, Le Cassette, Gunship, or if you stumbled here after listening to the soundtracks of Kung Fury, Stranger Things while playing Hotline: Miami, you’ll enjoy this music too.

I was born in 1979 in Forlì, north-eastern Italy. I grew up there, playing with a GEM Sprinter 61b as a kid, and with a GEM WS1 Workstation when I was at around 14 years
of age.

In more recent times, I started playing guitar and bass, and after a few years of practice, I ended up touring with a local classic rock cover band, until it disbanded.

I was brought back to the synth world by a few glasses of wine and a deep talk with a friend of mine over Brian Eno, the Berlin School and ambient music. At the same time, the whole concept of “synthwave” reached my brain and eventually fueled a passion for the past eras, that in reality I had never lost.

I was still experimenting, when I released my first EP Osaka Lights in 2018. It took another full year to be back on the scene with my first full-fledged album Easier Back Then.

In September 2020 I released The Voyage, a new concept album, revolving around the ideas of space, time, and astronomy, followed by Infinity, in February 2021, an EP collecting some ideas and mental pictures about life and feelings.

I am currently working on another very interesting project that will be disclosed in the next months.
